Minimum stay is one week. Preferred day of arrival is Saturday. Rental season is all year round. The Villa is fully insulated and furbished with modern central heating. Bookings and availability can be checked by contacting us at villa@primoolio.com. English, German, Italian and some French are spoken. A deposit of 75% of the full rental charges are necessary at the time of booking and will be fully re-funded if canceled at least 8 weeks before scheduled arrival, or will be re-funded at 50% of the deposit if canceled thereafter. No re-fund is possible if booking is cancelled in the 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Price includes weekly cleaning and/or departure cleaning. Phone, Gas and Electricity will be charged upon consumption at departure. A special surcharge for water may occur in summer months when water is rare.

Other charges: Starting 2012 a €4,50 tourism tax per guest will be applied to client’s bill at check out! Check-in, Check-out: Check-in is after 3 PM and before 7 PM on day of arrival. For late arrival please e-mail us at: info@montecastelli.com Check-out is 11 AM on day of departure.
