The Villa Montecastello is composed on the upper floor of 1 Master bedroom suite with bathroom, and 4 additional bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, and a Living Room with Kitchen and Dining area. On the ground floor is a professional kitchen and a formal dining room. Next to the professional kitchen is a bedroom and bathroom suite offering additional lodging. Two separate entrances lead to two further bedrooms, each with their own kitchen and bathroom. A Reading Library and additional Living room complete the Villa. A total of 8 bedrooms plus a pull out couch will accommodate up to 18 guests.
Divided into individual apartments, the Villa Montecastello offers lodging for various sized groups, starting with the smaller Pendolino (sleeps 2), Leccino (sleeps 2+2), to the Moraiolo (sleeps 4+2) and the Frantoio (sleeps 6). You may also opt to join the Moraiolo and Frantoio apartments (sleeps 10). Each apartment has a private garden space with pergola, picnic table and barbecue located outside the Villa in the Olive grove.

Other charges: Starting 2012 a €4,50 tourism tax per guest will be applied to client’s bill at check out! Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo offer bedrooms each with internet connections and independent phone lines. The bathrooms are all tiled in original patterns of Travertine stone, cut to order for Montecastelli in Carrara. All apartments have wood burning fireplaces in the Kitchen/Living areas (except Moraiolo which is equipped with a professional kitchen), and each has a private garden space with pergola, picnic table and barbecue located outside the Villa in the Olive grove. |
